Technical Program Managerto join our rapidly growing team in Quincy, MA. Make no mistake - this is a diverse role that requires an agile manager comfortable with operating in a chaotic environment, not just a schedule-and-Gantt PM. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and execution of survey projects, informing the design of survey plans, driving development and test plans for new capabilities, and supporting business development activities as both external advocate and internal "voice of the customer". This requires someone with a robust set of of offshore experiences, precise project management and contracting knowhow, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work in a high velocity environment. If you want to merge the most advanced hardware and software imaginable to rewrite the book on seabed exploration, then this role is for you. We don't do bureaucracy here - if you'd rather write a status report than solve the problem in front of you, this isn't your team.

Develop project scope and manage changes through the life of the project. Identify, track, and manage risks. - Contract Management: Provide contract management support including drafting and reviewing statements of work, change orders, financial management, terms and conditions, data rights assertions, etc. Manage deliverables, including routine status updates and final data delivery to the customer.
- Test Event Execution: Support the Engineering team in integration, testing, and debug in a high-paced environment. Participate in formal testing efforts by identifying resources needed, tracking cost and schedule during workup testing and execution, and supporting mobilization logistics. Serve as customer PoC and interface during testing and funded work, providing clear and concise status, reporting on risks, and progress against required data deliverables
- Growth Support: Interface across the spectrum of survey stakeholders and customers, and be able to represent the technical aspects of the Anduril Maritime portfolio. Serve as the "voice of the customer" for follow-on business capture efforts and activities, ensuring customer needs and requirements are clearly articulated to product and engineering teams while supporting proposal generation, identification of new work, and prioritization of new capabilities. Act as a champion for customers across geophysical survey applications, including exploration and surveys for deep sea minerals, oil and gas, telecom, etc.
- Autonomous Execution: Default to action: autonomously execute on broad and/or ambiguous requirements from external customers. Show a proven ability to work across the ambiguity to refine and capture key outcomes and deliverables for each individual project. Demonstrate high ownership on all pieces of work. Become a trusted partner across multiple teams in Anduril Maritime, including Engineering, Products, Operations, and Field Test Engineering.
