Full Job Description
About This Role

As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of our enterprise systems program: the ERP and the manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance systems that run the business. You will lead multiple concurrent projects across these platforms, owning schedule, scope, dependencies, risk, budget, governance, and cutover readiness from selection through integration, migration, and phased go-live.

Because these systems serve different stakeholders and company needs, this is a cross-functional leadership role. You will work across every department that depends on these platforms, alongside the Enterprise Systems Architect and external implementation partners, to keep each project on schedule, on budget, and aligned with company priorities. It is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of program leadership, enterprise systems, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Stakeholders: Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement, Finance and Accounting, IT, Security, HR and People, Legal and Compliance, and Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Own the integrated program plan and master schedule across concurrent enterprise systems projects, including ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, procurement, CRM, HRIS, and data warehouse, sequencing milestones and the critical path from selection through integration, migration, and phased go-live.
  • Lead platform selection and vendor evaluation with the Enterprise Systems Architect, running requirements, RFPs, demos, and scoring, and manage external implementation partners and systems integrators against statements of work, milestones, deliverables, and budget.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, scope, and change control across all stakeholder departments, clearing blockers and escalating risks and issues with clear options and recommendations.
  • Run program governance and executive reporting, including steering-committee cadence, decision logs, action tracking, and regular status on health, risk, and financials.
  • Drive delivery workstreams to closure across requirements, design, build, testing and user acceptance, integration, and data migration, with defined go/no-go criteria.
  • Plan and lead cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare, and lead organizational change management, including stakeholder communications, training, and adoption, through transition to steady-state operations.

Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years in technical program or project management delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Led at least one full enterprise systems or ERP implementation from selection through build, migration, and go-live.
  • Experience managing external implementation partners or systems integrators against scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Strong command of program management disciplines, including scheduling, dependency management, risk management, budget tracking, and change control.
  • Technical fluency across enterprise platforms such as ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, procurement, HRIS, and CRM, including integrations, data migration, and cutover, sufficient to lead delivery conversations with architects and integrators.
  • Experience running program governance and reporting to executive stakeholders, and leading change management and user adoption for enterprise system rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes, with excellent stakeholder management and the ability to align partners without direct authority.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Program or project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
  • ERP delivery on platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and adjacent platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Coupa, Arena, or Teamcenter.
  • Familiarity with integration and data-migration delivery across enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, WMS, CRM, and HRIS, and with delivery tooling such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, or Confluence.
  • Experience delivering programs using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, and change frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, energy, medical device, automotive, or nuclear, and familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 9001, AS9100, 21 CFR Part 11, SOX, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.

Additional Requirements
  • Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Based in Los Angeles, CA, and onsite full-time; hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $210,000 annually.
