Your Opportunity

The Client Experience Technology (CET) organization is responsible for delivering and operating critical client-facing digital platforms that enable money movement, retirement distributions, inheritance journeys, and advisor-assisted experiences. These platforms support millions of client interactions and are foundational to the firm's digital strategy. 

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive delivery excellence, organizational effectiveness, and strategic execution across a growing portfolio of applications and initiatives. This individual will partner closely with engineering, product, architecture, operations, and business leaders to coordinate complex programs, improve execution predictability, strengthen operational rigor, and accelerate innovation. 

The TPM will play a pivotal role in managing programs across multiple Lines of Business, serving as a trusted partner to leadership while ensuring successful delivery of strategic priorities, operational excellence initiatives, and engineering transformation efforts.   What You'll Do 

Strategic Program Leadership 

  • Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs spanning multiple business and technology domains. 
  • Establish program structures, operating models, and governance frameworks that drive execution, accountability, and predictable outcomes. 
  • Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and competing priorities while enabling informed decision-making across stakeholders. 
  • Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, milestones, success metrics, and executive-level reporting. 
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable business outcomes. 

Analytics, Reporting & Insights 

  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and portfolio health metrics that provide clear visibility into delivery performance, operational health, and business outcomes. 
  • Analyze program trends, risks, dependencies, capacity, and delivery performance to support leadership decision-making. 
  • Produce data-driven insights and recommendations that improve prioritization, resource allocation, and execution effectiveness. 
  • Drive reporting standardization and transparency across programs, portfolios, and leadership teams. 
  • Leverage analytics, automation, and AI-powered insights to improve operational efficiency and decision quality. 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering, product, operations, and business leaders. 
  • Deliver clear, concise, and impactful executive communications tailored to diverse audiences. 
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations and outcomes. 
  • Facilitate alignment on priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and strategic objectives. 
  • Build compelling narratives using data, metrics, and insights to support leadership decisions. 

Building Collaborative Relationships 

  • Build strong partnerships and influence across engineering, product, architecture, operations, risk, and business organizations. 
  • Foster collaboration across highly matrixed teams to drive alignment and execution. 
  • Navigate organizational boundaries and competing priorities to achieve shared outcomes. 
  • Promote a culture of transparency, trust, continuous improvement, and accountability. 

Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving 

  • Apply structured analytical thinking to evaluate complex challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions. 
  • Assess risks, opportunities, constraints, and tradeoffs to support strategic decision making. 
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to drive prioritization and execution decisions. 
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance delivery performance, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes. 

AI, Automation & Innovation 

  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation capabilities, and emerging technologies that improve engineering productivity and organizational effectiveness. 
  • Partner with engineering leaders to identify high-impact AI use cases across software development, testing, operations, knowledge management, and program management. 
  • Establish metrics and success measures to track AI adoption, productivity gains, and business value realization. 
  • Lead pilot programs and innovation initiatives that accelerate delivery, improve quality, and reduce operational overhead. 
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning. 
What you have

Required Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs in complex enterprise environments with demonstrated expertise in program management, governance, risk management, and stakeholder leadership. 
  • Strong program management capabilities, including roadmap planning, dependency management, portfolio governance, and delivery oversight. 
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations. 
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, portfolio reporting, and data-driven decision frameworks. 
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations. 
  • Experience leveraging AI, analytics, and automation to improve engineering productivity, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting large-scale client-facing digital platforms. 
  • Experience driving operational excellence, resiliency, modernization, or engineering transformation initiatives. 
  • Familiarity with portfolio management, metrics reporting, executive dashboards, and Agile planning tools. 
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to improve software engineering productivity, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. 
  • Experience working in highly regulated or complex business environments. 
  • Demonstrated passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
