Job Summary
The Technical Product Owner - Order Orchestration will own product requirements and roadmap for telecom order orchestration capabilities, bridging business requirements and technical execution. The role requires strong experience with telecom order lifecycle, order orchestration, APIs and integrations, microservices, event-driven architectures, AWS workflows, and production metrics. The candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, QA, operations, and business stakeholders and will leverage GenAI tools such as Kiro or Claude for product analysis, requirements, documentation, solution exploration, and product-development activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Own product requirements and roadmap for Order Orchestration capabilities.
• Define and prioritize features, epics, and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Understand telecom order lifecycle and orchestration processes.
• Define API and integration requirements across downstream and upstream systems.
• Work with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Understand AWS serverless workflows using Lambda and Step Functions.
• Define and maintain quality and acceptance standards.
• Develop clear acceptance criteria and validate delivered functionality.
• Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use observability and production data to identify issues and prioritize enhancements.
• Support root-cause analysis and cross-functional resolution of production issues.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Leverage GenAI tools to improve requirements analysis, documentation, and product-development efficiency.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, and business relevance.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Product Ownership or Technical Product Management experience.
• Strong understanding of APIs and systems integration.
• Experience with Order Orchestration or Order Management.
• Strong telecom domain experience.
• Understanding of microservices.
• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• Experience with AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience defining quality and acceptance standards.
• Understanding of production observability and metrics.
• Practical experience with GenAI tools.
• Experience with prompt engineering.
• Experience with Kiro, Claude, or similar AI tools.
• Understanding of LLM use cases and RAG concepts.
• Experience with API/SDK integration.
• Understanding of AI output validation, AI guardrails, and responsible AI usage.
