The Technical Marketing Manager / Regional Head HPC Americas is responsible for managing the HPC product and service portfolio across North America, driving profitable business growth, executing regional and global strategies, optimizing demand and supply planning, supporting commercial activities, and leading cross-functional initiatives to ensure operational excellence and customer success.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the HPC product and service portfolio across North America while supporting profitable business growth and strategic execution.
- Develop and maintain regional sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and demand plans for short- and mid-term business planning.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production Technology, and Operations teams to optimize inventory, production planning, and demand fulfillment.
- Make regional product allocation and prioritization decisions during supply constraints and production bottlenecks.
- Support sales teams in customer management, business development activities, and strengthening the value proposition of HPC products and services.
- Develop pricing recommendations, support contract negotiations, and ensure alignment with global commercial guidelines.
- Lead regional spent catalyst inventory planning, acquisition opportunities, material allocation decisions, and coordination of cross-regional shipments.
- Drive profitability, plant reliability, product development initiatives, and execution of regional and global business projects.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Experience in technical marketing, product management, commercial leadership, or business management within the refining, hydroprocessing, catalyst, or chemicals sector.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, sales forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Experience supporting commercial organizations through customer engagement, strategic account management, and business development initiatives.
- Knowledge of pricing strategy, contract management, commercial negotiations, and profitability improvement.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across sales, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and product development functions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and strategic planning skills with the ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization.
