Technical Lead (Data Science and AI/ML)

Responsibilities:
Provides technical leadership for the data science and AI/ML workstream supporting U.S. Army enterprise data modernization on Palantir Foundry, planning, directing, and coordinating the work of data scientists, engineers, and developers
Formulates, designs, and delivers AI/ML-based decision-making frameworks and models that drive business and mission outcomes
Measures and justifies the value of AI/ML-based solutions through defined success metrics, model performance evaluation, and outcome analysis
Applies advanced statistical analysis to evaluate data, validate models, and inform recommendations to customer leadership
Utilizes data analytics tools and platforms such as Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and Palantir AIP to engineer data and visualize results for decision-making
Translates customer objectives into an actionable technical roadmap and communicates findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification
