Full Job Description

Title:

Technical Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver technical interviews, candidate assessments, and training programs
  • Support the planning, development, and execution of increasingly complex technical training initiatives
  • Create and maintain instructional content, training materials, and student evaluation criteria
  • Assess student performance and prepare written evaluations documenting training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support training objectives and mission requirements
  • Support project planning activities, including schedules, resource allocation, and training execution
  • Travel to customer locations to conduct assessments and training activities
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of training objectives

Work Environment:

  • Location: On-site
  • Travel Requirements: Frequent domestic travel, including short-notice travel
  • Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel frequently to domestic locations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic Compensation:

$169,000 to $206,500

This range is for the Virginia area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
