CompetenciesYou've spent 5-8 years in high-performance environments such as management consulting, implementation, RevOps, or a fast-growth SaaS company, where clear thinking and technical problem-solving were the norm. The main thing is business acumen coupled with technical aptitude, especially around automation and AI. You probably know how to read a P&L statement and have programmed "hello world". You get that this role is all about creating tangible business value, not getting lost in technical details. In short, you are someone who translates business requirements into results. People are always sending things your way because you just seem to get it.
- Self-starter: you enjoy learning, you're curious, you like a fast pace, you jump onto business and technical calls, quickly understand people's objectives, then figure out an efficient technical implementation
- Technical knowledge meets business acumen: you know your way around APIs, webhooks, data migrations, customer objectives, and deadlines. Salesforce Admin knowledge is a plus
- Problem solver: you're structured, you like logical challenges, and also know when you're heading down a rabbit hole
