What You'll do:
Groundswell is looking for entry-level Technical Consultants interested in using technology to solve challenging business problems and deliver impactful solutions for our federal clients.
This position is full time, on site in our Mclean, VA headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients and implementation teams to evaluate business requirements then quickly translating that information into technical solutions (approx: 75% building technical applications and 25% business strategy)
Participate in requirements gathering and user story creation
Provide solution demonstrations to clients throughout the project implementation
Work with your project team to implement, test, and document functionality of applications
Working with clients to identify and remediate issues and technical risks early
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related area
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
Experience with database development (through classwork or professional work)

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00
