OpportunityPeopleTec is currently seeking a Technical Baseline and Data Management Integratorto support our Huntsville, ALlocation.
The Technical Baseline and Data Management Integrator establishes, maintains, and controls the program9s functional, allocated, and product baselines across CAML subsystems and supporting organizations. This role synchronizes configuration management and data management activities across Government matrix teams and contractor partners to ensure requirements, designs, interfaces, test results, and delivered configurations remain accurate, traceable, and fully aligned. The Integrator manages formal change control processes, supports Configuration Control Boards, documents approved decisions, and verifies implementation across all affected technical products. Additional responsibilities include reviewing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submissions for compliance, tracking data deliveries and Government data rights, maintaining configuration status accounting, and ensuring technicalbaseline products 6such as Interface Control Documents 6remain synchronized across the program. The position requires disciplined configuration management expertise, strong systemsengineering awareness, and the ability to coordinate across diverse technical stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
Duties:
- Baseline Management - Establish, maintain, and control functional, allocated, and product baselines; ensure traceability across requirements, designs, interfaces, test artifacts, and delivered configurations.
- Configuration Management Coordination - Coordinate CM activities across Government and contractor teams; ensure technical products remain synchronized and consistent with approved baselines.
- Change Control Execution - Manage formal change processes for engineering changes, deviations, waivers, and interface updates; support Configuration Control Boards and document approved decisions.
- Implementation Verification - Verify that approved changes are implemented across all affected technical artifacts, CAML subsystems, and configurationmanaged products.
- Data Management Oversight - Review CDRL submissions for completeness, accuracy, formatting, markings, and contractual compliance; track data deliveries, review status, acceptance, and Government data rights.
- Configuration Status Accounting - Maintain accurate status accounting for prototypes, hardware builds, software versions, and fielded configurations; ensure documentation reflects current system state.
- Interface Control Synchronization - Maintain and synchronize Interface Control Documents and related technicalbaseline products across CAML and external stakeholders.
- Technical Review & Audit Support - Support technical reviews, audits, and testing activities; ensure baseline and configuration artifacts align with program objectives and test outcomes.
- Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with Government matrix organizations, contractor teams, and external partners to maintain technical coherence and resolve baseline or datarelated issues.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- 8 610+ years of experience in configuration management, data management, systems engineering, or technical integration within DoD or Army programs.
- Strong understanding of configuration control, baseline management, and technical data governance.
- Experience supporting Government PM/PdM offices or acquisition programs.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across diverse technical teams and stakeholders.
- Experience reviewing CDRLs, managing data deliveries, and ensuring contractual compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare seniorlevel technical documentation and briefings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Must have a current driver9s license.

- Active DoD Secret clearance required upon hire; TS/SCI eligibility preferred depending on program needs.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor9s degree in Engineering, Information Management, Systems Engineering, or related technical field.
- Master9s degree preferred.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Army configuration management processes, data management systems, or technicalbaseline control.
- Background in fires systems, advanced munitions, or system9of9systems integration.
- Experience working in PEO Missiles & Space, RCCTO, or similar organizations.
- Familiarity with CAML programs, subsystem interfaces, and technicalbaseline products.
- Self9starter with strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
