What to ExpectWe're looking for a Technical Artist to bridge our art and engineering teams. You'll build tools and pipelines that enable rapid creation of realistic simulation environments, ensuring our synthetic worlds look and feel authentic.
What You'll Do- Develop shader systems and visual effects for realistic environments
- Build and maintain 3D asset pipelines from creation to deployment
- Create procedural generation tools for environment diversity
- Optimize visual quality while maintaining real-time performance
- Collaborate with engineers on rendering systems and ML integration
What You'll Bring- 3+ years as a technical artist in games, simulation, or visualization
- Expert-level Unity or Unreal Engine skills
- Proficiency in shader development (HLSL, GLSL, ShaderGraph)
- Experience building art pipelines and asset management systems
- Strong foundation in 3D art fundamentals and real-time constraints
Nice to Have- Experience with AR/VR development
- Background in procedural generation or generative art
- Familiarity with robotics visualization or industrial simulation
- Python scripting for pipeline automation
