Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Technical Architect to lead the Global Email Migration mandate from SSC. The ideal candidate will have experience with Exchange and specialize in email migration and overseeing and executing the email migration project, ensuring successful implementation within the organization.
They will be responsible to
- Develop and implement a comprehensive email migration plan in collaboration with the team
- Oversee the migration of email systems, data, and archives
- Ensure that the email migration is executed within the timelines and budget set forth by the organization
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the email migration is successful and meets the needs of the organization
- Provide guidance and support to team members on email migration related issues
- Document all aspects of the email migration process for future reference
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on the progress of the email migration project
- Manage any issues or risks related to the email migration project, and provide effective solutions to mitigate them
Qualifications and Experience- A minimum of 10 years of experience in email migration and exchange
- Proven experience in managing and executing large-scale projects
- Strong leadership, critical thinking and project management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
