Job Summary
The Technical Account Manager serves as a technical trusted advisor between enterprise customers and OVHcloud, guiding successful adoption of OVHcloud infrastructure and services throughout the customer journey. This role supports strategic business and technical transformation by aligning customer goals with OVHcloud solutions, managing client delivery, and serving as the direct point of contact for technical escalations and incident management. Through recurring reporting on product consumption, support performance, and product reliability, the TAM identifies improvements that increase customer satisfaction and support appropriate growth of the customer's OVHcloud footprint.

Base pay range: $115,000 - $140,000 (based on relevant experience).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Establish, foster, and maintain long-term relationships within enterprise customer accounts, serving as a trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.
  • Understand each customer's strategic business goals, technical objectives, cloud roadmap, and transformation priorities; map those needs to appropriate OVHcloud solutions and services.
  • Maintain accurate schematics of assigned customer environments as they evolve through migration, adoption, and broader cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, delivery expectations, and business transformation strategies for major OVHcloud initiatives.
  • Collaborate routinely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Operations, Product Management, Support, leadership, and management teams to ensure customer success during critical moments.
  • Maintain current, high-level knowledge of the OVHcloud product portfolio, capabilities, roadmap, and future product direction.
  • Manage competing requests across simultaneous enterprise client engagements while maintaining responsiveness, prioritization, and clear communication.
  • Provide clear, constructive product feedback based on customer use cases, requirements, adoption blockers, and operational needs.
  • Advise customers on best practices, address business and technical challenges, and drive adoption and expansion of OVHcloud solutions within existing accounts.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions with customers, and lead internal monthly business reviews to address adoption blockers and support feature development.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience interfacing with executive stakeholders and driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting customers in one or more of the following areas: cloud operations, product release management, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
  • Experience with application or workload migration to public and private cloud providers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with CxO-level personnel.
  • Ability to quickly acquire new technical knowledge and apply it to customer solutions
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage competing client demands, priorities, and expectations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven technical background in one or more of the following areas: data center infrastructure, virtualization platforms such as VMware and Nutanix, networking, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems, operating systems, desktop deployments, system administration, and/or technical architecture; technical certifications are preferred.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to guide customer relationships, assess risk, and build and execute strong action plans in politically complex environments while maintaining alignment with customer goals and OVHcloud business priorities.

Working Conditions
Standard office environment. Occasional travel (up to 10%) for customer site visits and quarterly business reviews. On-call availability expected as the technical point of contact for a focused book of enterprise accounts (typically 4-5 customers), coordinating with Support, Account Management, and Sales leadership during escalations and critical incidents.
