About the role:Technical Account Managers at Ambient own the customer success journey from signed contract through full operational adoption for some of the world's largest enterprises. This is a true hybrid role - equal parts customer success and technical account leadership. You're accountable for retention, adoption, and expansion, and you get there by being the trusted bridge between Ambient's AI platform and customers' security, IT, and operations teams.
Day to day, that means guiding customers through deployment and onboarding, translating technical capability into measurable operational outcomes, and keeping momentum going long after go-live. You'll build credibility with both hands-on technical users and executive stakeholders, and you'll be the one driving clarity when priorities or requirements get complicated.
