Working closely with SDK engineering, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers, you diagnose complex technical problems, lead customer troubleshooting sessions, and translate real-world pain into documented solutions that enterprise developers worldwide rely on. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical depth and customer impact, offering the chance to shape how some of the world's most demanding engineering teams experience Zoom's developer platform.

- Ability to analyze network traces, console logs, HAR files, and crash reports to isolate and pinpoint root cause.
- Proven ability to communicate with equal clarity to engineering and product audiences, with strong written and verbal English skills.
- Experience with iOS (Swift/Objective-C), Android (Kotlin/Java), CoBrowse technologies, RTMS, media pipelines, or CI/CD frameworks for SDK releases is a bonus.
