Overview

The Team Manager provides comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the task order for US Army G2’s Intelligence Division (AMIS-IN), Security Division (AMIS-SE), and the Special Projects Office (SPO) (AMIS-SEP).

Responsibilities

· Responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle management of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for the Army Materiel Command (AMC) Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS) JWICS portfolio, encompassing both headquarters and enterprise-level records. Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.

· Serves as the single point of accountability for the contract, responsible for the overall success of the program, and acts as the primary liaison to the government. Provides technical/management leadership for all PWS requirements.

· Program Oversight: Serve as the primary interface with the Government Lead, keeping them informed of all program activities, risks, and performance metrics.

· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive Program Management Plan that outlines project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control measures to ensure all PWS requirements are met or exceeded.

· Resource Management: Direct and control all contractor activities, ensuring the optimal allocation of personnel and resources. Oversee staffing to guarantee all positions are filled with qualified individuals who meet the PWS requirements.

· Financial & Risk Management: Assume full responsibility for the program's financial performance. Proactively identify, document, and mitigate program risks, and provide timely issue resolution and corrective action plans.

· Support capture, proposal, and business development activities related to follow-on and adjacent Client opportunities.

· Handles all administrative functions and liaisons with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies as needed.

· Provide high-level program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, and lifecycle costing; and conduct manpower assessments and risk management, as required.

· Manages the overall contract onsite. All sections report to this position. The administrative aspects of the contract are managed by this position.

· Ensures the manning and training of the contract staff are adequate for meeting the deliverables.

· Manage and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract/program activities; interface with Government personnel; formulate and review project feasibility studies; determine costs; ensure compliance with work standards; interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for contractor and subcontractor personnel; and utilize company resources to achieve program objectives.

Experience must include budget oversight, staff management, and subcontractor coordination.

· Technical Skills: Demonstrated mastery of eMASS, vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., ACAS/Nessus), and security compliance checkers (e.g., SCAP). Proven hands-on skills in network and system administration, troubleshooting, COMSEC, and customer support within a secure environment.

· PMP Certification or DAWIA PM III Certification

· TS/SCI Clearance
