Job Description:
In this role, the Team Manager will be expected to hold team members accountable for the service, sales, and relationship management delivered to stock plan participants. The Team Manager will be expected to delegate responsibilities that lend to the career growth of the team. Additionally, the Team Manager will oversee team members and assure they meet targets for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance metrics; work with line of business management in coordinating team meetings, compliance training and preparation of performance reviews.
Role Responsibilities:

Set and manage team standards around attendance, performance metrics, and service quality
Must be focused on bottom line performance and constantly looking at ways to improve overall performance, sales, customer satisfaction and the entire customer experience
Ability to set and achieve stretch team goals
Can identify, recruit, develop and retain key talent
Seek opportunities to grow business and drive sales by capitalizing on firm initiatives
Ensure retention of participants through concierge-type comprehensive support
Must be dedicated to exceeding the expectations and must have outstanding oral communication, inter-personal and written communication skills. This will be necessary to provide a superior level of service, satisfaction, and to successfully close sales
Utilize independent decision-making skills to handle and resolve issues
Ability to work independently
Computer literacy including familiarity with online services, PC skills, and technical resolution Ability to troubleshoot basic to advanced technical problems
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
Registrations: SIE, Series 7, Series 63 OR 66, Series 9/10 or 4/24/53 and ability to obtain Mass Registration & Trader Certification.
Minimum Years of Industry Experience: 5+ years
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan focused on growth, retention, and driving revenue
Detailed understanding of the securities industry including equity compensation, trading (equity/derivatives), Mutual Funds/ETF's, Bonds, wrap products, lending
Ability to attract & nurture talented individuals into a successful Sales & Support team
Proven ability to resolve complex B2B challenges
Proven track record of coaching team members
Ability to create a team culture which drives urgency and a proactive approach to meeting client financial requirements
Evidence of strong leadership capabilities and previous supervisory experience
For Colorado:
Salary range for the position: $85,000.00 and $140,000.00 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
