Title: Team Lead Relationship Management, Head of RIA Enterprise

Location: Remote - West

Team / Division Overview

The Americas Wealth RIA Enterprise team lead drives the promotion and growth of DWS's active, passive, and alternative strategies with financial advisory clients across intermediary wealth channels. The role requires deep knowledge of DWS investment products and strategies, the ability to work independently with clients, lead relationship managers and cross-functional internal teams, manage projects under tight deadlines, and deliver presentations with confidence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As Team Lead RIA Enterprise, you will be responsible for:
  • Driving sales, AUM retention and client relationship management with financial advisor professionals for the Americas Wealth platform
  • Lead oversight over key clients in partnership with RMs (Relationship Manager) team
  • Manage a team of RMs (Relationship Managers)
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of DWS's wide range of investment products and global investment views
  • Work with all the resources of DWS including Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Specialists, Alternative Specialists, Key Account Managers, Internal Sales Consultants [wholesalers], and Product Specialists to achieve sales targets across multiple product lines
  • Deliver the DWS value proposition as a way to deepen and develop ongoing business relationships with target clients

The salary range for this position in New York is $146,000 to $255,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
