The Team Leader of Project Management is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Residential Project Management Team. They will be involved in creating department-level operational plans that support the overall company strategies. They oversee the day-to-day operations of their team, setting priorities, managing and distributing the projects and workload, ensuring efficient processes are in place and followed, and teammates are meeting their goals. Leading the team includes training and development of associates, performance management, and creating an environment which promotes trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesiveness by acting as a motivator, supervisor, and mentor.

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead people and drive results, be self-motivated and able to work proactively, have excellent communication, delegation, problem solving, and team buildings skills, and excellent listening and analytical skills. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience as a construction project manager, a degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent experience. Having a Project Management certification (PMP) is a plus!
