Team Lead, Inside Sales, Southeast

Do you enjoy helping customers find the right solutions and helping colleagues grow? As our Inside Sales Team Lead, you’ll combine direct sales with hands-on team leadership. Based in our Atlanta office, you’ll spend about 60% of your time as an Inside Sales Account Manager and 40% coaching, mentoring, and supporting a local team in partnership with the Inside Sales Manager. This position is fully in office at our Atlanta Experience Center.

What you’ll need

• Experience supporting sales processes and customer relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to coach, develop, and motivate others.
• The ability to communicate direction, encourage teamwork, and help employees meet performance expectations.
• Experience using Salesforce, CRM and database systems, chat tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• The ability to support daily sales operations, including lead follow-up, call and chat coverage, scheduling, and onboarding.
• A commitment to company policies and to developing yourself and others.

Physical demands and travel

Salary Range:

$95,000-$102,000 OTE (based on education, experience, and location)
