Team Lead - AAPI Dock Team - LinOS

We are seeking an experienced **Team Lead** to empower and grow a talented development team while ensuring technical excellence in delivering LinOS features. This role combines people leadership with technical guidance—you'll mentor your team, foster collaboration, and bridge business needs with innovative technical solutions.

This is a REMOTE role.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

- Mentor and develop team members through regular 1:1s, supporting career growth and removing obstacles

- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with strong engagement and morale

- Champion knowledge sharing through code reviews, pair programming, and technical training

- Partner with management on team performance, growth opportunities, and organizational needs

Technical Leadership

- Collaborate with Product Owners and Architecture teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions

- Guide backlog refinement and ensure code quality through reviews and technical standards

- Provide technical expertise for production issues and participate in L3 support rotation

- Facilitate cross-team communication and coordinate with other teams on shared solutions

What You'll Bring

Leadership Experience

- 8+ years of software engineering experience with proven leadership or mentoring capabilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills10you coach, motivate, and inspire team members

- Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams across different locations

- Ability to balance technical contributions with people development

Technical Expertise

- 3+ years of working with warehouse management systems

- Proficiency with Java and the JVM ecosystem

- Strong database experience, including design, optimization, and performance tuning

- Full-stack debugging and troubleshooting capabilities

- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices
