What You'll Do
Serve as a key liaison between partners, clients, staff, and internal teams throughout all phases of tax engagements.
Lead and manage multiple tax engagements with a focus on high-quality client service, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
Review complex tax returns and related workpapers across a variety of client types, industries, and tax matters.
Research and apply technical tax guidance related to federal, state, local, and compliance matters.
Serve as a primary client contact and manage tax-related communication with clients and their outside advisors.
Identify planning opportunities and provide practical recommendations that help clients address tax, business, and compliance needs.
Coordinate engagement workflow, delegate work effectively, and collaborate with team members to keep projects moving forward.
Monitor tax law changes and evaluate how new guidance may impact clients, engagements, and planning strategies.
Support client meetings and advisory conversations by preparing analysis, recommendations, and follow-up related to complex tax matters.
Contribute to staff development by coaching, mentoring, sharing technical knowledge, and providing regular feedback.

Pay
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $132,200-$171,800 and is dependent on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
