Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience required.
• CPA certification or in progress is necessary.
• Strong ability to independently research and resolve complex issues.
• Prior experience in leading larger engagements and preparing tax returns is needed.
• Excellent research, writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in accounting, auditing, and tax software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and execute tax returns and accounting projects with Partners and Senior Managers.
• Complete moderately complex projects with accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and supervise internal team members to ensure timely delivery of client engagements.
• Assist experienced personnel in coordinating large client engagements and strategic tax analyses.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and technical training.
• Demonstrate leadership aligned with Firm policies to foster teamwork.
• Maintain a professional demeanor to create positive impressions with clients and team members.
