Trout CPA is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to help lead and grow our Towson, MD office. This is an opportunity for a seasoned tax professional who enjoys building client relationships, developing talent, and growing a practice.
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted tax advisor while helping expand our client base and presence in the Towson market. You'll work closely with firm leadership to develop our people, strengthen client relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a tax practice and local office.
Preferred
CPA license.
Experience leading a tax practice, office, or significant client portfolio.
