Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing

Our tax practice revolves around helping our clients effectively manage their tax obligations proactively and responsibly.

Job Summary:

We are seeking Manager Candidates for our Transfer Pricing practice, which is recognized as a leading innovator in addressing inter-company transaction issues and in the valuation of intangible assets. Managers supervise multiple transfer pricing engagements and to contribute to the delivery of quality tax planning services for our diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively apply complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to client situations
Provide a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing, prepare documentation, defend transfer pricing in audits, and develop tax planning approaches
Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services and work products
Identify transfer pricing opportunities
Prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, lead in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services
Manage the work of client service team members. Provide technical guidance to engagement staff and seniors
Develop recommendations and implementation plans for clients and team members

To qualify, candidates must have:

A bachelor's, masters or Ph. D in business, finance, economics, management, policy analysis or allied field (e.g. quantitative methods)
Must have any of the following: US CPA, member of a US State bar, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), American Society of Appraiser's Business Valuation Certification or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in professional services or professional tax organization, with specific experience in transfer pricing
Excellent verbal/ written communications skills
Effective time management skills
Ability to work in fast paced professional services environment
