Tax Manager

Partnership potential fast track for the right candidate!

We're currently seeking a motivated, hands-on self-starter with 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience to lead tax engagements for privately-held businesses and high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities:

Perform technical tax preparation & review of individual & business income tax returns

Independently research complex tax issues

Provide comprehensive & thorough tax planning

Supervise, train and mentor junior staff

Develop and cultivate professional client relationships

Qualifications:

5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience

Bachelors degree in Accounting (MST a plus)

Current CPA license

Strong accounting, communication, organizational, analytical, client service and PC skills including MS Excel & accounting software proficiency (ProSystem fx software proficiency is a plus)

Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment

Motivation to learn

Prior real estate industry experience and Trust & Estate experience are a plus
