Full Job Description
What You'll Do
Serve as a key liaison between managers, senior managers, partners, clients, staff, and outside advisors throughout all phases of Private Client Services tax engagements.
Manage tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and related entities.
Prepare and review individual, fiduciary, trust, estate, gift, and multi-state tax returns.
Research and apply technical tax guidance related to individual taxation, fiduciary taxation, trusts, estates, and compliance matters.
Serve as a main point of contact for multiple clients and manage tax-related communication with attorneys, brokers, trustees, and other third parties.
Identify planning opportunities and support clients with tax strategies related to wealth transfer, estate planning, trust administration, and family financial matters.
Review client information, assess tax implications, and coordinate with internal team members to deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful client service.
Monitor tax law changes and evaluate how new guidance may impact private clients, trusts, estates, and related planning strategies.
Support client meetings and advisory conversations by preparing analysis, recommendations, and follow-up related to complex tax matters.
Contribute to staff development by coaching, mentoring, and sharing technical knowledge through one-on-one teachable moments and regular feedback.
Participate in business development by building relationships with key service providers, identifying opportunities with existing clients, and following through with new client leads.

Pay
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $108,600-$141,200 and is dependent on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
