Tax Manager - Investment Funds

Position Profile

Looking for a Tax Manager to play a major role on our Investment Funds Services team. This individual will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services for investment partnerships and related management entities. They will act as a lead team member on our multi-disciplinary team helping to provide financial service knowledge and experience while building and managing client relationships.

Education and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or J.D., LL.M. in Taxation
  • Master's in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university
  • CPA with 5+ years of experience in investment partnership tax, including preparation of allocation schedules, Schedules K-1, Forms 1065 and related other related schedules
  • Working knowledge of alternative investment vehicles and structures, including hedge funds, private equity funds and mutual funds
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
  • Strong relationship management and practice development skills
