A day in the life
As a Tax Manager on FRCTT, you'll move between deep process analysis and hands-on solution building. Your day might include mapping an upstream data flow to expose standardization gaps, scoping an automated tool with Tax Technology, reviewing and signing off on automated rules, and walking a foreign tax team through a revised process. You'll translate on-the-ground pain points into global standards, align cross-functional partners in Provision and Technology on integration design, and keep Tax Leadership informed on progress and risks. You'll own outcomes end-to-end, from identifying the opportunity, to building the solution, to landing adoption with the teams who depend on it.
