The Opportunity

As a Tax Global Information Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex tax regulations, helping them optimize their tax positions while confirming compliance. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on validating clients' adherence to tax laws, reviewing and analyzing financial data, preparing and filing tax returns, and assisting businesses in meeting their tax obligations. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to confirm collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. - Leading tax compliance workstreams and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of tax-related initiatives
- Utilizing technical proficiency in tax accounting and regulatory compliance consulting to enhance client service delivery
- Reviewing and analyzing financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address tax challenges
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across tax compliance teams
- Validating compliance with tax laws and regulations to minimize risks of non-compliance
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing tax positions and improving business performance
- Mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating where appropriate

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
