As our firm expands, we have an opportunity for a seasoned Tax Director, looking to make an impact, who will be responsible for growing and serving our Cincinnati tax clients.
Qualifications:- Active CPA license
- 10+ years of experience in business taxation working for a Big 4, large national, or regional accounting firm
- Experience with executing the strategy and plans to grow a practice through expansion of services to existing clients and obtaining new clients.
- Exceptional client service skills leading to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and empower people and teams.
- Excellent and enthusiastic ability to build and maintain relationships, engage others, and establish connections.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
