We are hiring a Task Order Project Manager to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.
Job Description and Responsibilities
Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
Knowledge of project and task order management principles, processes, requirements and the preservation of metadata.
Knowledge of governance and storage of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) that is collected or copied from native locations in compliance with federal laws including EGovernment Act and Privacy Act.
Ability to manage large, complex task orders and ensure successful execution of technical solutions and schedules.
Ability to direct, plan and coordinate multiple project/tasks, including estimating resources, project planning, cost accounting, schedules, risk assessments, critical path method, contract reporting, and problem resolution.
Knowledge of contract requirements and the ability to ensure task order activities remain aligned with established objectives and technical requirements.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills to support program management and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to coordinate effectively with Contracting Officers, Task Order Managers, government personnel, and customer representatives

Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications
BA or BS or four (4) years of related experience
Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience with electronically stored information and electronic delivery systems.
Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively increased responsibility in public and/or private sector IT, e-discovery, and/or consulting fields.
Five years (5) experience with litigation support, Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
One (1) year minimum experience with the Exterro e-discovery platform to review and analyze data around litigation, investigations, government requests, etc.
PMP or equivalent
Prefer SAFe Agile Certification or equivalent
