Full Job Description
Leidos, a leading government contractor, is looking for an expert level Targeting Officer to work closely with our partners in the IC, law enforcement, and foreign partner organizations to achieve our mission.

Requirements:
• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 20+ years of relevant direct customer targeting experience.

Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in intelligence analysis, targeting, and operations.
• Prior experience working with the IC or other U.S. Government agencies on similar programs.
• Foreign field experience, including multiple tours or extended temporary duty assignments.
• Experience with targeting plans, operational approaches, and intelligence collection efforts.
• Experience working with various intelligence databases and tools.

Skills:
• Ability to query, assess, and analyze all-source intelligence to identify individuals, networks, and/or organizations of interest.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to develop and sustain knowledge of clandestine collection capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using various tools and datasets to support targeting efforts.

Knowledge:
• Understanding of Intelligence Community operations and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing intelligence activities.

Pay Range $139,100.00 - $251,450.00
