Qualifications

• Professional experience in engineering, land surveying, or the geospatial industry with project management and leadership focus.
• Proven record of winning and managing significant projects.
• Experience in building and leading teams of professionals.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to clients and stakeholders.
• Preferred: Senior Management experience in the Transportation market; Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper License.

Responsibilities

• Grow the SAM office in Tampa, Florida.
• Build a book of business in the greater Tampa area and Northeast Florida.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and resource planning for Tampa operations.
• Collaborate with other office leads and project managers to execute tailored growth strategies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team across Survey and SUE service lines.
• Act as a key client contact, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships.
• Partner with business development to pursue new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
