About the Role
As a Talent Recruiter, you'll help build the team behind Hyundai Motor Group's software-defined vehicle platform. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and business roles such as finance, HR, procurement, operations, and program management, and support our technical hiring as needed. Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage the recruiting process from start to finish for corporate and business roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
Meet with hiring managers to understand each role and what a strong candidate looks like.
Sourcing
Find and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and upcoming roles.
Candidate Experience
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed with timely, professional updates at every stage.
Make sure every candidate, hired or not, leaves with a positive impression of 42dot.
Hiring Manager Partnership
Keep hiring managers updated on pipeline status and share market feedback on candidate availability and expectations.
Collect interview feedback promptly to keep the process moving.
Recruiting Operations
Keep candidate and requisition data accurate and up to date in our applicant tracking system.
Track key metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline status, and flag delays early.
Employer Branding
Help promote 42dot through job postings, LinkedIn, and networking events.
Write clear, engaging job descriptions with hiring managers.
Onboarding
Help new hires get off to a strong start by coordinating with HR, IT, and their teams, and keeping them informed through their first days.
Inclusive Hiring
Support fair, consistent interview processes and help attract candidates from a wide range of backgrounds.
Qualifications
2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
Experience hiring for corporate or business functions such as finance, HR, operations, or sales. Some technical recruiting exposure is a plus.
Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar).
Solid sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and basic Boolean search.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles at once.
A proactive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive, EV, or tech companies. Experience at a fast-growing company or startup. Korean language proficiency.
