Job Description

Job Summary:
Executes full-cycle recruitment activities to support hiring needs for skilled trades and craft positions across multiple locations and projects. Sources, screens, and coordinates candidates throughout the hiring process while partnering with hiring managers and operational leaders to identify workforce needs. Develops talent pipelines and maintains relationships with candidates, industry organizations, and community partners to support current and future staffing requirements. Maintains recruiting processes, documentation, and compliance requirements to support effective hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Sources and recruits qualified candidates for skilled trades and craft positions through networking, referrals, outreach campaigns, job fairs, industry partnerships, and other talent attraction methods.
Screens and evaluates candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with position requirements and organizational values.
Manages full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition management, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer administration, and onboarding support.
Develops and maintains relationships with hiring managers, operational leaders, educational institutions, workforce development organizations, and industry associations to support talent pipeline development.
Maintains recruiting documentation, candidate records, and hiring activity data within applicant tracking systems and related recruiting tools.
Participates in workforce planning discussions and provides recruiting updates, market information, and candidate pipeline insights to stakeholders.
Supports recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and employment branding activities to increase awareness of skilled trades career opportunities.

Education Qualifications:
High School Education/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, construction staffing, or a related field required.
3-5 years of experience recruiting skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, or a related workforce population required.
Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, Boolean search techniques, and recruiting technologies required.
Experience supporting hiring events, workforce development programs, educational partnerships, or community recruiting initiatives preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Certifications and Licenses:
Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or a related certification preferred.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$78,240.00- $139,854.00
