Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner actively seeks out opportunities to recruit diverse talent and works collaboratively with the HR Business Partner and local leadership to drive short and long-term hiring efforts within specified markets/regions. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment cycle from identifying search opportunities and candidate sourcing to pre-screening, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to hiring managers. This role manages the entire candidate experience from initial contact through the final offer stage. A Talent Acquisition Partner should possess a highly collaborative work style, strong service orientation, and exceptional communication skills to engage effectively across all organizational levels. 

Talent Acquisition Partner Required Qualifications:

• • • 5+ years’ experience with full cycle recruiting in a corporate environment. 
    • 3+ years working with with an ATS system (iCIMS & LinkedIn Recruiter experience strongly preferred).  
    • 2 + years of recruiting experience for an AEC organization.
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field or 8 years of equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience.
