In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across the US, lead end-to-end recruitment processes, and help us attract and hire high-quality talent, with a strong focus on Finance, Sales, and Technology roles.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on recruitment, proactive sourcing, strategic partnership, and market insight while working as part of a professional and collaborative global TA team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across the U.S., with a strong focus on Finance, Sales, Technology, and other specialized positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, challenge requirements when needed, and build effective recruitment strategies.
  • Take ownership of U.S. recruitment activity and act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to the business.
  • Conduct in-depth HR interviews and assess motivation, experience, leadership potential, cultural fit, and long-term impact.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, AI tools, and other sourcing channels.
  • Develop strong pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Track recruitment metrics and use data to continuously improve hiring effectiveness, speed, and quality.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, and engagement throughout the process.
  • Collaborate closely with our global Talent Acquisition team, sharing knowledge, best practices, and recruitment initiatives across regions.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within hyper-growth companies.
  • Experience recruiting for Finance positions is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, with a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Confidence working with recruitment data and using insights to support hiring decisions.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, AI-driven sourcing tools, and other advanced sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and global environment.
