Why is your role important?In this role, you will lead the Talent Acquisition Operations team in the Americas, overseeing day-to-day delivery while helping shape how recruiting operations evolve to meet the needs of the business.
You will play a key role in developing team members, strengthening partnerships across Talent Acquisition and the wider Human Resources team, and leading initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the candidate and hiring team experience. By leveraging data, automation, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, you will identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve service delivery, and support the firm's hiring strategy.
This role requires effective people leadership, sound judgment, creative thinking and a continuous improvement mindset, together with the ability to balance day-to-day operational priorities and longer-term strategic initiatives.
What will you be doing?- Lead the delivery of Talent Acquisition Operations across the Americas, ensuring seamless execution, effective workload management, and a consistently high standard of service
- Foster the growth and development of team members through ongoing coaching, feedback, and career discussions, helping individuals build capabilities and gain experience through targeted projects and stretch opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Recruiters and key stakeholders, providing guidance on operational priorities, processes, and best practices
- Leverage data and performance metrics to identify trends, monitor service delivery, and inform decision-making
- Drive process improvement through optimization, enhanced controls, and the adoption of automation and AI solutions that enable scalable, high-quality service delivery and a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Lead regional projects and champion transformation initiatives, partnering across teams to introduce new processes, technologies, and ways of working while supporting successful adoption
- Partner with global colleagues to share best practices, promote consistency, and contribute to broader Talent Acquisition Operations priorities
What are we looking for?- Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Operations, or a related function within a complex organization
- Proven people leadership capabilities, including coaching, developing, and empowering team members to grow, perform, and contribute to team success
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships, influence outcomes, and collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and levels
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and improve performance
- A process-oriented approach focused on service quality, operational effectiveness, and risk mitigation
- A track record of leading or supporting business transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience leveraging automation, AI, or other technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment
For Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$82,000.00 - USD$110,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
