Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Manager

What we're looking for:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the organization's recruitment strategy and execution to attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent. This role partners with leadership to align hiring initiatives with business objectives and ensures positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

What you'll be doing:

Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and workforce plans
  • Partner with leadership to identify current and future hiring needs
  • Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and tools

Recruitment & Hiring
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Build strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and sourcing platforms
  • Ensure a consistent and effective candidate evaluation process

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Enhance employer brand to attract top talent
  • Promote positive and professional candidate experience
  • Develop recruitment marketing initiatives and outreach programs

Data & Reporting
  • Monitor key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire)
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on hiring data
  • Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies

Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor recruiters or sourcing specialists
  • Provide training and best practices for hiring managers
  • Foster collaboration across departments

What Success Looks Like
  • Strong pipeline of qualified candidates across roles
  • Reduced time-to-fill and improved hiring quality
  • Positive feedback from candidates and hiring managers

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
