Full Job Description
We\'re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who sees recruiting as more than filling roles: it\'s about finding the builders, problem-solvers, curious minds, and future leaders who will help shape what Mindgruve becomes next.

You\'ll lead and evolve our Talent Acquisition function across the U.S., while providing strategic guidance for recruiting for our international teams. Leading the Talent Acquisition function, you\'ll help us build what\'s next - using AI, automation, and talent intelligence, while creating a more proactive talent strategy and closely partnering with hiring managers and department leaders.

At the center of the role is one simple expectation - raise the bar with every hire. You\'ll be a steward of the Mindgruve Hiring Standard, helping us look beyond impressive r\u00e9sum\u00e9s to identify people with the capability, character, curiosity, trajectory, and drive to make our teams and our clients better.
What You\'ll Do Here:
  • Manage Talent Acquisition through the ownership of U.S. recruiting and providing strategic guidance for LATAM and Germany.
  • Lead select full-cycle searches and build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical, emerging, and hard-to-find skill sets.
  • Build the future of recruiting by identifying and implementing practical uses of AI, automation, talent intelligence, and emerging recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, recruiter productivity, insights, and decision-making.
  • Manage, coach and develop recruiting team members, including identifying fractional recruiting support and vetting third-party agency assistance, as needed.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to define talent needs, develop compelling job descriptions, design effective interview processes, and provide market insights throughout the search.
  • Partner with Resourcing, Finance and HR to forecast hiring demand, prioritize searches, identify talent gaps, manage recruiter capacity, and build pipelines ahead of need.
  • Raise the hiring bar daily by being the champion of the Mindgruve Hiring Standards. Look beyond r\u00e9sum\u00e9s to assess capability, character, curiosity, trajectory, adaptability, ownership, and business impact. Identify people who see opportunities, solve problems, improve systems, create momentum, and make the people around them better.
  • Ensure every candidate interaction, from first outreach through offer acceptance, is thoughtful, responsive, authentic, and reflective of the Mindgruve brand to create an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Actively maintain, update and audit our ATS, Greenhouse.
  • Oversee recruiting analytics & performance, including owning recruiting dashboards and key performance metrics across pipeline health, conversion rates, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, recruiter capacity, and quality of hire - turning data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
  • Provide regular updates and training to the HR team on best practices in recruiting and current trends to stay competitive, while retaining and attracting the right talent.
  • Challenge legacy processes, experiment with new approaches, and continuously improve how Mindgruve finds, evaluates, and hires talent globally.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
We Need a Person With:
  • 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including significant full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a marketing, advertising or technology-driven industry.
  • 2+ years leading, managing, or mentoring recruiters or TA team.
  • Advanced knowledge of Greenhouse or comparable ATS experience required.
  • Proven success recruiting across multiple functions, geographies and levels, including senior and specialized talent.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging recruiting technology, with demonstrated curiosity around how these tools can transform Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building expertise and the ability to proactively identify and engage passive talent.
  • Strong hiring-manager partnership and the confidence to advise, influence, and appropriately challenge leaders.
  • A builder mindset-you enjoy experimenting, improving workflows, and turning new ideas into practical solutions.
  • Strong candidate-assessment skills and the ability to recognize potential and trajectory beyond traditional qualifications.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interface with poise and confidence with leadership and clients.
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality with business matters and employee privacy.

Compensation:
  • Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate. The compensation range reflects base rate only.)
