Overview

Scope: Prime Healthcare Management, Inc. 

Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Director, Corporate & Executive Search

Status: Full-Time Monday - Friday

Worksite: Onsite @ HQ

 

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for assisting in the delivery of facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager accomplishes department objectives by developing recruitment strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Talent Acquisition Manager will have skills in sourcing, negotiating salaries, interviewing, networking, have a strong knowledge of clinical functions and will work closely with hiring managers, other human resource staff, senior leadership and external vendors to ensure that the talent acquisition practice meets the organization’s needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager reports to the Talent Acquisition Director, Corporate & Executive Search.

1.    Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human resources.

2.    At least 1 year of healthcare experience.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $87,360.00 to $117,582.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
