AmeriCU is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy and elevate the way we attract, hire, and onboard talent. This role combines strategic recruiting, workforce planning, hiring manager partnership, and team leadership to ensure AmeriCU continues to attract top talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. What You'll Do
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies that support organizational growth and workforce needs.
Build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with leaders to provide recruiting guidance, workforce planning support, and hiring best practices.
Enhance the candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Oversee recruiting systems, vendor relationships, and process improvements.
Lead and develop Talent Acquisition team members.
Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, trends, and workforce insights to drive continuous improvement.

Compensation
Salary Range:$75,517 - $94,396 annually. Actual salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. Pay Range: $75,517.30 - $94,396.62 per year
