About this Role

Quanta Services is seeking a collaborative and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead, Enterprise Programs to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This senior individual-contributor role combines full-cycle recruiting with enterprise talent initiatives, strategic pipeline development, and cross-company partnership.

The Talent Acquisition Lead will manage a portfolio of corporate, professional, technical, and operational searches while helping connect current hiring activity to Quanta’s future workforce needs. This person will partner with business leaders, operating companies, and recruiting teams to develop talent pipelines, support career fairs and early-career initiatives, and improve how Quanta attracts, assesses, and engages talent across the organization.

The ideal candidate enjoys being close to the recruiting work while also improving the programs and processes that support it. They are curious, organized, data-aware, and comfortable leading projects through collaboration and influence. Success in this role means delivering strong hires today while building healthier talent pipelines for the future.

What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting and Talent Partnerships

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate, professional, technical, and operational positions
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, define job-related candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing and selection strategies
  • Source, screen, assess, and engage qualified candidates while providing a timely and professional candidate experience
  • Build relationships with passive candidates and develop talent communities for recurring and anticipated workforce needs
  • Advise hiring leaders on talent availability, recruiting approaches, interview practices, and candidate considerations
  • Maintain accurate requisition, candidate, and recruiting activity records within the applicant tracking system
  • Help connect qualified candidates with appropriate opportunities across Quanta and its operating companies

Enterprise Talent Pipelines and Workforce Planning

  • Translate business priorities, hiring forecasts, and recurring workforce needs into practical recruiting and pipeline strategies
  • Identify talent needs that would benefit from proactive sourcing, community engagement, or longer-term pipeline development
  • Contribute recruiting insights, labor-market information, and candidate trends to workforce-planning discussions
  • Partner with recruiting teams and business leaders to develop talent communities for critical, recurring, and hard-to-fill positions
  • Support talent initiatives involving multiple departments, operating companies, or geographic markets
  • Help create processes that allow qualified candidates to be considered across appropriate opportunities within the Quanta organization

Career Fairs and Early Talent

  • Help plan, coordinate, and attend university, technical school, military, community, and industry recruiting events
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, workforce organizations, military partners, community groups, and industry associations
  • Support internship, early-career, and skilled-trade recruiting programs based on business and workforce needs
  • Coordinate with operating companies and recruiting teams to align event participation with anticipated hiring demand
  • Ensure candidates identified through recruiting events receive timely follow-up and are connected with appropriate opportunities
  • Maintain event, candidate, and outcome information to support future recruiting decisions
  • Evaluate recruiting events based on candidate quality, engagement, hiring outcomes, and long-term pipeline value

Programs, Data, and Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the development of enterprise recruiting programs, tools, resources, and practical best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiter efficiency, hiring-leader partnership, selection consistency, and candidate experience
  • Support talent pools, recruiting workflows, candidate-sharing processes, reporting, and program documentation
  • Use recruiting data, stakeholder feedback, and candidate trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements
  • Develop clear resources and guidance that can be used by recruiting teams and hiring leaders across the organization
  • Establish project plans, coordinate stakeholders, track commitments, and communicate progress for assigned initiatives
  • Lead recruiting projects and enterprise initiatives through organization, collaboration, and positive influence
What You'll Bring
