Talent Acquisition, Associate (Recruiter)The Role We are seeking an exceptionally talented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in New York. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, providing best a best-in-class candidate experience.
This role will work closely across multiple different teams to execute on the firm's talent acquisition strategy and will have a strong emphasis on managing roles across the front office landscape including Quants, Strategists, Risk and Technology.
What you'll doYou will partner with the business to run the entire recruiting process, providing support and expertise to the teams you are working with. You will utilize and grow your network, identify high quality candidates, provide key search updates and continuously offer guidance as searches evolve. You will manage the candidate experience, ensuring excellent communication and engagement throughout the process and serve as a main point of contact for candidates as they go through the process. You will develop a big picture understanding of our business, brand & values, and act as a champion of our tag line "Talent is our strategy."
What you'll bringWhat you need:
- 5+ years of lateral recruiting experience in financial services with a mixture of inhouse and agency experience preferred
- Experience recruiting Quant/Strat roles
- An understanding of key terminology, programming languages and business acumen across the quant space
- Experience running a process from start to finish acting as a trusted advisor throughout
- Ability to build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and search firms
- Experience and willingness to support roles outside of Quant
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail; Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
We would love if you had:
- Experience recruiting in international markets (Latam, EMEA for example)
The base pay for this role is expected to be between $120,000 and $150,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
