Through meticulous analysis and adept visualization techniques, present complex datasets in accessible formats, enabling stakeholders to discern trends and patterns effectively.
- Dashboard Creation: Designs dashboards akin to control panels, aggregating critical data metrics into cohesive displays. Expert in designing user-friendly interfaces that streamline end-users' data interpretation and decision-making processes.
- Collaboration & Communication: Engages with stakeholders across business areas, soliciting feedback and requirements to tailor data solutions to organizational needs. Through clear and concise communication, facilitate understanding and alignment among team members, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to data driven decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications: - Ability to transform complex data into compelling narratives and apply creative thinking to solve business problems.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and Python, with solid knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and job scheduling tools.
- Broad understanding of the business and technology landscape, with experience designing, developing, and deploying analytical dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Experience working with database platforms such as Oracle and Hadoop, along with proficiency in SQL/NoSQL technologies and various data file formats.
- Demonstrated adaptability, creativity, resourcefulness, organization, and effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Strong foundation in Data Science and Machine Learning, with experience conducting Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) using statistical and analytical tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
Candidate must complete the any one of below certification - Salesforce Certified Tableau Data Analyst
- Salesforce Certified Tableau Server Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Tableau Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Tableau Architect
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $85,000 - $95,000
