Standard Job DescriptionPlans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
Maintains an executive presence engaging with customer sets ranging from internal working groups all the way up to C-suite level meetings to develop an operational strategy that leverages Digital Engagement Center technology and content to meet or exceed customer requirements. Plans, implements, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
Roles and responsibilities will include
- Partnering with peers and internal teams to schedule, plan and organize events
- Providing onsite support for customer engagement events
- Engage with senior level executives and stakeholders
- Collaborating with Digital Engagement Center Ops team to create and implement efficient processes and procedures
- Providing technical support for advanced technologies
- Provide operational support of Vast system at customer engagement events, conferences and trade shows
- Occasional travel between other Lockheed Martin locations to support additional duties as needed
Basic Qualifications- U.S Citizenship Required
- Active U.S. Secret (S) clearance or ability to obtain S clearance within 90 days of hire
- Knowledge of AV Technologies such as Crestron and Pixera
- Experience working with A/V switching systems
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational skills with emphasis on attention to detail
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite to include Teams, Outlook, and Powerpoint
- Experience working with virtual teleconference (VTC) and collaboration platforms
Desired Skills- Experience designing customer A/V engagements
- Experience with U.S. Gov't customers, ideally to include U.S. Military
- Practical experience with U.S. Military exercises and experiments
- Experience with regional Allies and Partners
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility (Tier 5/T 5 investigation completed) or ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within 180 days of hire
- Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- DoD IAT Level II certification (i.e. Sec+ CE)
- Understanding of IP technologies
- Knowledge of audio sound design and integration
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
