Job Description:Job DescriptionSpry Squared is looking for strong System Engineers for our client to provide economical and secure solutions to information system design problems.
Responsibilities- Applies the principles of systems engineering, science and mathematics to develop economical solutions to technical problems.
- Performs a variety of engineering tasks that are broad in nature and are concerned with system design and implementation.
- Plans and performs engineering research, design, development, and other assignments in conformance with design, engineering, and customer specifications.
- Makes recommendations and advises on system design, development,
improvements, optimization, or support efforts. - Evaluates overall design effectiveness, cost, reliability, security, and safety.
- Performs problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation for complex systems in the engineering discipline required to meet technical
requirements. - Defines and interprets high level organizational engineering performance requirements and objectives and develops approaches to their achievement.
- Performs abstract or concept studies and analysis, requirements definition, preliminary planning, the evaluation of alternative technical approaches, and provides associated costs for the development or enhancement of high-level general performance specifications of a system, project, mission, or activity.
- Supports customers in the development, implementation, and maintenance of strategy, doctrine, standards, policies, and procedures.
QualificationsRequired qualifications
- Must have active DoD TOP SECRET with SCI clearance or TOP SECRET with ability to get SCI clearance.
- Master's Degree in technical discipline and 12+ years of related experience
- Posess domain and expert technical knowledge and extensive experience in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes.
- Strong decision making skills regarding critical impacts on project implementation.
- Project management skills to establish goals and plans for meeting objectives.
- Technical and management leadership experience in directing the activities of others on the project.
Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 Depending on Experience
