5-7 years of program management experience in a government contracting environment
Active Top Secret Clearance is mandatory
Strong understanding of ITIL processes
Proven ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule
Experience in developing Program Management Plans (PMP)
Demonstrated skills in stakeholder mediation and team leadership
Familiarity with price/cost development methodologies
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government
Provide technical supervision and guidance to project teams
Manage all contractual responsibilities and oversee deliverables
Coordinate staffing efforts with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
Ensure performance management of Task Orders and subcontracts
Interface monthly with the Government Program Manager
Analyze complex project problems and develop innovative solutions
