The AMMM/F-16 Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) organization is seeking a
Level 3 - Systems Engineer to support the R&M Analysis & Integration team. Based primarily in
Marietta, Georgia, this role provides technical guidance and integration across R&M disciplines, engineering teams, program organizations, and functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities may span Earned Value (EV) and Control Account Management (CAM); R&M proposals and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development; FRACAS data management and analysis; aircraft readiness analytics; Logistics Support Analysis (LSA); and task coordination using ServiceFLO. The engineer will use Tableau, SAS, Excel, ServiceFLO, and engineering/logistics databases to analyze data, develop metrics and dashboards, coordinate priorities and deliverables, improve processes and data quality, support workforce planning, and modernize analytical methods.
The successful candidate will independently execute complex assignments under general direction, take ownership of assigned activities, develop practical solutions to complex problems, coordinate across organizations, and identify and resolve issues. The candidate will contribute to determining objectives and next steps, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, engage senior personnel, and communicate technical information and recommendations supporting program and organizational objectives.
Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university Experience in Reliability & Maintainability (R&M), systems engineering, engineering analysis, logistics/supportability analysis, project management, or related industry activities
Experience with technical planning, cost management, schedule management, estimating, or program execution
Experience coordinating activities across engineering, program, or functional organizations
Experience with data analysis, data management, technical metrics and reporting, or developing and improving engineering processes, workflows, and analytical methods
Desired Skills- Experience with Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) engineering, aircraft readiness, reliability, maintainability, or sustainment analysis in aerospace, defense, military aircraft, or other complex engineering programs
- Experience with FRACAS and/or Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) activities, including data management, analysis, reporting, LCN development, or applicable R&M and supportability standards such as GEIA-STD-0007 and S1000D
- Experience managing or analyzing engineering, reliability, logistics, or readiness datasets and developing dashboards, metrics, reports, or visualizations using Tableau, SAS, Excel, or similar data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience performing Control Account Management (CAM), applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, and/or developing or coordinating R&M proposals and Basis of Estimate (BOE) inputs
- Experience developing or implementing process automation, data-quality improvements, workforce/workload forecasting, resource planning, or modernization of engineering analysis and reporting methods
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical activities, schedules, and deliverables using workflow, task-management, or similar tools such as ServiceFLO
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
